We purchased a home with an existing sunroom attached that was made by another company. We were delighted to have a sunroom. However, this unit had issues. At one point, the floor detached from the house and the sunroom sunk because of it. The worst part was that it happened during a family gathering! How embarrassing! We called the original supplier, who is based in Winnipeg, but they refused to help us. We then called SunCo and they came out and re-levelled the floor. They secured it properly, this time. They repaired the roof and did other odd and end jobs to repair our sunroom. They were prompt, professional, and polite. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. We never had another issue with the sunroom after they repaired it. Plus, had many more family gatherings since. Thanks SunCo.
